Master Project Manager 

To apply all phases of the project in accordance with the principles of international project management affiliated with PMI, and  will include a study of cases and practices of real projects that will be planned and implemented.

Course Objectives

- Introduce participants to project management, its framework, and terminologies
- Introduce participants to procurement documents and proposals
- Enable participants to initiate a project, including developing a project charter and identify stakeholders
- Enable participants to plan a project from the beginning to the end
Enable participants to execute a project, including performing quality assurance, acquiring, developing, and managing teams.
