Course Objectives

- Learn the fundamentals that underpin business success including - - Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, and Investment.
- Increasing participants' market position and competition by mastering the following: SWOT, marketing plan, marketing strategy, marketing mix, marketing tactics, and market segmentation.
- Understand the basic definitions and concepts for planning and controlling the flow of materials in and out of an organization and the relationships among the activities that occur in the supply chain from suppliers to customers.
- Acquire the necessary project management skills and requirements to meet timelines, quality standards, budgetary limits and other requirements set for the project.
